Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) with EU edge delivery. Server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) are processed to deliver and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Database & authentication

Account and product data (e-mail address, organization, websites, declaration answers) are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Login uses e-mail magic links; no passwords are stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

Free website check

When you run the free check, the URL you enter is fetched by our server and analyzed for AI-related technology. If you provide your e-mail address, we store it together with the scan result to send you your report (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). We do not store card details; Stripe acts as its own controller for payment data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Widget on customer websites

The AI Notice widget embedded on our customers' websites loads a configuration from our servers. In doing so, the visitor's IP address is technically transmitted; it is not stored or used for tracking. The widget sets no cookies and performs no tracking.

Cookies

ainotice.io uses only technically necessary cookies (session authentication). No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: support@ainotice.io.
